My role involves collaborating closely with the communications team, who handle the copywriting and content gathering for our newsletter. I then use my design expertise to layout and design the newsletter, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive publication. Each month, we feature a section titled "Mission Moment," where employees share their "why" and how they are fulfilling the company mission through their work. Last year, I contributed to this section by writing the Mission Moment for the August edition.
